Mark Hambleton Private Hire Terms and Conditions:

- For the interest of all our clients, passengers are asked not to consume foods , of any kind, during the duration of the journey without the drivers consent.

- Any spillages or vomiting by passengers, the hirer will incur cleaning expenses of £30 Per Seat or Carpet area.

- Rubbish is to be removed by the hirer.

- Any damage caused at any time to any vehicle, by a passenger, will incur all costs.

- Once we leave the pick up address we will not be held responsible for late drop off times due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

- Additional pick-up and drop-off points which are not confirmed at the time of the booking, will be charged extra to cover time and mileage.

- Waiting time from £20 Per hour.

- We Reserve the right to refuse any passenger who seems to have consumed too much alcohol and/or are aggressive.

- Passenger's are responsible for loss or damage to personal items although every precaution is taken to prevent such happening.

- Third parties can and will be used to cover any work in the event of unforeseen circumstances to carry out the contract.

- A prolonged waiting time at the start/return of journey will incur costs and is at drivers discretion.

- Car Parking prices are included in the initial price quoted.

- Speed limits observed at all times, by all of our drivers

This range of people carriers consists of cars for large groups of people and are ideal for families. This range includes Ford Galaxy's and Fiat Ulysse's. We also have 9 seater vehicles available on request.
